There are two ways to improve your grades:
1, Vision board or dream board.
a. A notebook to write down all mistakes that you made I heard it from a teacher, if a person does a vision board and follow it, 99% chance will achieve your goal.
b. Set a goal (increase tests and quizzes grade).
c. Get a board and the things that are related to the goal (test paper).
d. Plan a schedule for each day (including self tests, self quizzes and amount of page that you want to read).
e. Place step 1 to 3 on a board.
f. Set a reward and punishment, if you didn't reach your (if I didn't achieve........., I won't...................).

2. A notebook that you can write your mistake.
a. Use different colours to make  notes easier to read.

My plans in this summer are:

1. Read  novels.
2. Do  math questions everyday.
3. Write diary
4. reduce time on video games.
5. read  chess books.

How Much Does It Matter to You Which High School You Attend?

How Much Does It Matter to You Which High School You Attend?
Every year, a seemingly infinite number of people graduate from high school and decide to attend college. Most upper-class families send their children to expensive, private high schools, which want us to believe attending that school is an advantage. However, does it really matter to you which high school you attend? I strongly believe which high school you attend is not significant.
According to an article from “The New York Times,” students who did not attend any high school have the same college acceptance rate compared to students with high achievement. Most people believe in the government’s available systems that suggest school choices for students are not trustworthy. Middle-class students usually end up with few schools left, many of which are not good schools. Meanwhile, upper-class students usually end up with luxury schools, which are fairly good to attend. Every summer, many unlucky students wait for a school acceptance and get a replacement school instead that is not on his list; the most challenging schools academically are also the most unpleasant which explains why so few students apply.
According to an article from “College, USA Today,” college administrators often check your personal information and compare it to the students who are still attending. McDermott strongly urges administrators not to compare current with previous students. He strongly believes that each year students will be distinctive because of classrooms with different teaching styles, students with varying schedules and needs for discipline. On the other hand, he also says it is dangerous when administrators compare students who have similar GPAs to those from another school because college administrators often choose students who attended a better school.
There are some ways to make the high school that you attend not matter. For instance, the SAT and the ACT can help colleges to understand all the students. The GED is for home schooling and also available for people who did not finish regular school. The GED, which is equivalent to a high school diploma, is accepted by approximately 95% of colleges. There are many examples that show that students from the top quintile of testers on the GED can score higher on the SAT than students who attended a famous school.
Every year, a seemingly infinite number of people graduate from high school and go on to college. It does not matter that you attend a particular high school because of the SAT or the ACT. Therefore, no matter who you are or which school you attended, the learning is yours, not for other.

The  story I liked reading in American Literature was Mending Wall by R. Frost. the speaker, doesn't like the wall, but he is the first one that says we should repair the wall. The speaker doesn't actually focus on the wall, he just wants to talk with his neighbor. The wall represents the social/communication barrier between him and his neighbor.

The story I liked reading in British Literature was How Much Land Does a Man Need by  L. Tolstoy. Pahom represents human weakness while the lands he wants represent greed. Pahom wanting more land throughout his life. later, he just needs five feet for his body.

For me, I agree with the author's point, we only need 5 feet for our body. We cannot bring any land or money to heaven or hell. So, why we need to have a lot of land which are meaningless. those extra land can not bring to heaven even the land that is use for buried. God will provide shelter for us which cannot be destroy and God will protect us.

The place that I would like to visit is Kenting because of the following reasons:
1. You can watch a lot of muscle man or the woman that have nice figure.
2. You can have some water activities which are very fun.
3. There is a lot of delicious food.
4. F1 car racing
5. paintball

I support that we should have the three parents. The benefit of this three parents can help their kids to avoid some family disease. still, they don't have enough examples and studies that show the negative effect of the three parents

Success/Stories

The poem that I liked to read in American Literature was "The Burning of Our House." The speaker told us what she felt after her house was burned and nothing left. She said we should not worry about the things on Earth. The things on earth make you separate from God, things cannot be hold forever, and God will provide a house for us in heaven. The house that God provides cannot be destroyed.

The poem that I liked in British Literature is "To His Coy Mistress." In the first stanza, he describes how much he would compliment her and admire her, only if there was time or time doesn't continue going on. In the second stanza, he tells her that life is short but death is forever. in the third stanza, it just mentions we should live together and have fun. In the last couplet, he changed the tone and says time cannot stop, but we when are together time can be enjoyable.

success happens when people start searching for things on Google instead of Facebook. In addition, success is doing what you love and making it a career. It is hard to become successful because you need to think, make ideas, try, do, do again and again, and keep doing it until you become successful.

According to "Art of Exceptional Living," simple disciplines practiced it every day can lead people to becoming a successful person. People who like to read usually become successful  because almost all useful things are in books. For example, you can read someone's autobiography to learn the way that successful person's thinking or the way that they solved their problems. Also, science, social studies, literature and math are in books. On the other hand, health is a way to make people successful,"an apple a day, keeps the doctor away."
